What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15:00 to 19:30, and standard check-out is by 10:00. Check your reservation for any plan-specific benefits or different arrangements.
How do I get there from JR Shirahama Station?
Take a Meiko Bus to Hashiriyu, about a 20-minute ride, then walk the short remaining distance. A taxi typically takes around 10–15 minutes.
Are rooms with an open-air bath available?
Mashirano on the ninth floor and Hama Suisho on the eighth have rooms with private open-air baths supplied by natural hot-spring water. Nami no Aya on the sixth also has sea-facing Mirabath rooms.
When are the public baths open?
The stated hours are 15:00–24:00 and 05:00–09:30 the following morning. The men’s and women’s bathing areas switch, so an evening and morning visit let you experience different baths.
Is the hotel suitable for a stay with children?
There is a children’s play area, and children’s chairs and tableware are available. The public bathing facilities also have baby-changing beds.
Can guests with tattoos use the public baths?
Tattoos must be completely covered with commercially available covering stickers to use the public baths. Bring your own, as the hotel does not sell them.
